Bigelow Plantation Mint – Sketchy Name, Sketchy Mint Tea
Dax
: A mint tea with a suspect name, Bigelow Plantation Mint tea is an underachiever in my book. It totally had my expectations extra high with its Doublemint gum smelling teabag. Unfortunately it has a tenth-mint taste. Mint tea reviews are supposed to be wonderful and enjoyable, yet thisBigelow Tea had me struck. On a positive note, theblack tea itself is smooth and characteristic ofBigelow, but that spearmint ingredient is lacking on the real.Rating: C

: Bigelow Plantation Mint Tea is a hard pill for me to swallow because as faithful TA readers know, the gifted teasan, Michael Kofman, is not particularly fond of mint tea. However, this Bigelow Mint Tea is spectacular. The base black tea is rich with flavor, and wait till the mint leaf hits your tongue. The first wave of mint is mild but there’s an interesting effect that occurs at this juncture in your tea tasting experience. A second wave of mint comes right after the first, this time, a tidal wave. Bigelow tea did something sinister to make their Bigelow Plantation Mint this good.Rating: A
